Tips
Do the organic questions from several sessions in one sitting, instead of working through whole papers. Organic is where the marks are, and the same transformations come back year after year. Five years of them together builds the reaction map far faster.
Mark yourself strictly on conditions and arrows. The scheme pays separately for the reagent, the conditions and the arrow-pushing. An answer with the right product and none of those scores a fraction of what it looks like it deserves.
For the practical papers, read the mark schemes for planning and analysis even if you never did the experiment. They reward a small set of moves — control a variable, justify your apparatus, quote an uncertainty — and those transfer to whatever experiment appears.
