التعبير عن الوجود

• استخدم there is / there are للتعبير عن وجود شيء في مكان ما.
• There is a park near my house.
• هكذا تقول الإنجليزية أن شيئًا موجود هناك.

There is a cat on the chair. There are three cats. The chair is full.

there is / there are

• There is + اسم مفرد أو غير معدود: There is a cat.
• There are + اسم جمع: There are two cats.
• الصيغة المختصرة: There's a problem.

النفي

• There isn't + مفرد: There isn't a bank here.
• There aren't + جمع: There aren't any shops.
• النفي يستخدم غالبًا any: There isn't any water.

الأسئلة

• ضع is / are قبل there: Is there a bank? Are there any eggs?
• الإجابات المختصرة: Yes, there is. / No, there aren't.

أخطاء شائعة

• ❌ Here has many people. → ✓ There are many people here. — للتعبير عن الوجود، استخدم there is / there are، وليس have.
• ❌ There is two cats. → ✓ There are two cats.
• ❌ There are a milk. → ✓ There is some milk. — لا يمكنك عد الحليب.
