既 … 也 / 又 … (both … and …)

Cheap AND tasty, no compromise

• already既jì … also也yě / again又yòu … = "both … and …" — two qualities at once.
• already既jìcheap便宜pián yiagain又yòuto be fond of eating好吃hǎo chī = "both cheap and tasty."
• already既jì sets up the first; also也yě / again又yòu adds the matching second.

already既jì + A + also也yě / again又yòu + B

• already既jì…again又yòu… balances two parallel qualities or actions.

this这zhè(measure word)个gedish菜càiboth既jìcheap便宜pián yiand又yòutasty好吃hǎo chī。
