A rate compares quantities with their units.
速率比较带有单位的物理量。
Velocity equals distance divided by time, which is ninety kilometres divided by one point five hours, equaling sixty kilometres per hour.

Convert using cancelling units: velocity equals sixty kilometres per hour, times one thousand metres per kilometre, all over three thousand six hundred seconds per hour, equaling fifty thirds metres per second.
