One person denies being taller than another. What does 我不比他高。 communicate?
The speaker is no taller, allowing equal height or shorter height. 没有他高 normally states being shorter in this comparison. 不比 does not by itself decide between equality and a lower value.

One person denies being taller than another. Close the examples. Say a Mandarin response, then write it in Chinese. Explain briefly in English what the lesson’s pattern adds. Compare with the model, then change one detail and try again.
