• then / just就jiù + X + (来说lái shuō / (typically preceded by 就……而言ér yán) = "as far as X goes / speaking only of X".
• then / just就jiùprice价格jià gé来说lái shuō，not不bùexpensive贵guì = "as far as price goes, it's not expensive."
• This then / just就jiù limits the scope to one aspect.

then / just就jiù + X + (来说lái shuō / (typically preceded by 就……而言ér yán)，…

• then / just就jiù…来说lái shuō narrows the comment to a single angle.

as for就jiùprice价格jià géspeaking of来说lái shuō，not不bùexpensive贵guì。
