"As tall as" — reaching the mark
- not have / haven't没有 says "not as … as". Its positive twin is plain to have / there is有.
- you你to have / there is有he / him他high高(yes/no ?)吗? = "are you as tall as him?"
- to have / there is有 = "reaches" that level.
N1 + to have / there is有 + N2 + Adj (+ (yes/no ?)吗?)
