the reason why; introducing the cause of a stated result
之所以……是因为…… states a result first, then explains its cause. 他之所以进步快,是因为每天练习 means his daily practice explains his rapid progress.

足以 · zúyǐ
enough to; sufficient for a stated result
足以 + action or result means sufficient to achieve it. 足以回答 means enough to answer; it does not simply describe a large quantity without reference to a purpose.
