A popular option can leave an important need unmet

  • A fictional community centre considers moving room reservations online. A survey supports convenience, while a service log records people needing help. An academic argument must examine both findings instead of treating popularity as a complete measure of access.
  • This GAC015-aligned lesson practises source evaluation and policy reasoning in an invented local-service setting. It does not describe real political systems or legal duties. The sources support a classroom argument, not a live policy recommendation.
