Whatever, it's fine
- Your friend apologises for being five minutes late. You really don't mind.
- evening晚(completed / change)了(so be it)就evening晚(completed / change)了，it doesn't matter没关系。 — "So you're late — it doesn't matter."
Verb / Adj + (so be it)就 + same Verb / Adj (+ (completed / change)了 / (suggestion)吧)
- X (so be it)就 X = "if it's X, so be it": the speaker accepts a fact or brushes it aside.
- (completed / change)了 / (suggestion)吧 often follows: lost丢(completed / change)了(so be it)就lost丢(completed / change)了, expensive贵(so be it)就expensive贵(suggestion)吧.
expensive贵(so be it)就expensive贵吧，I我like it喜欢。
Accept it: “If it's expensive, so be it — I like it.” 贵就____吧，我喜欢。

Accepting and moving on
- lost丢(completed / change)了(so be it)就lost丢(completed / change)了，again再buy买one一个(suggestion)吧。 — "If it's lost, it's lost; just buy another."
- to go去(so be it)就to go去，who谁to be afraid怕who谁！ — "Fine, let's go — who's afraid?"

X 就 X accepts a fact and moves on: 输了就输了，下次再来 “If we lost, we lost; we'll try again next time.” It is not disappointment or surprise.
Build: “If it's lost, it's lost; buy another one.”

Tone: relaxed or defiant
- It can sound relaxed (it doesn't matter没关系) or defiant (who谁to be afraid怕who谁); context and voice tell which.
- Repeat exactly the same word: expensive贵(so be it)就expensive贵(suggestion)吧, not expensive贵(so be it)就cheap便宜(suggestion)吧.
去就去，谁怕谁！ sounds defiant.

The tone can be relaxed or defiant.
Versus forget it算了
- forget it算了 = forget it, let it go: forget it算了，don't别be angry生气(completed / change)了.
- X (so be it)就 X names the fact you are accepting: to lose输(completed / change)了(so be it)就to lose输(completed / change)了.
forget it算了，don't别be angry生气了。
