- The whole phrase comes before the noun with (modifier / structural particle)的: with跟environment环境is related有关(modifier / structural particle)的book书, not book书with跟environment环境is related有关(modifier / structural particle)的.
- Negative: with跟him他unrelated无关 / with跟him他has no没有connection关系 — "nothing to do with him".

is related有关 versus pertaining to关于
- pertaining to关于 + topic introduces what something is about: pertaining to关于environment环境(modifier / structural particle)的book书.
- with跟…is related有关 stresses a connection, including causes: with跟stress压力is related有关.
this这with跟me我has no没有connection关系。
这跟我没有关系 means “This has nothing to do with me.”
