- Your roommate asks you, again, to wash his dishes.
- I我(it's not as if)又no不是your你(modifier / structural particle)的waiter服务员！ — "I'm not your waiter, you know!" (it's not as if)又 + not不 pushes back against an assumption.
(it's not as if)又 + not不 / didn't没 = emphatic negation
- (it's not as if)又 + not不/didn't没 strengthens a negative to reject what someone assumes: "it's not as if …".
- It is spoken, often a little impatient or defensive.

Not "again"
- In (it's not as if)又not不 / (it's not as if)又didn't没, (it's not as if)又 is not "again"; it adds force to the denial.
- Keep it in speech; in neutral statements, plain not不 / didn't没 is enough: him他didn't没to make做mistake错.
(it's not as if)又 + not不 versus (actually)并 + not不
- (actually)并not不 denies a mistaken idea in a calmer, more written way: this这个question问题(actually)并not不hard难.
- (it's not as if)又not不 is personal and emotional: I我(it's not as if)又no不是unexpectedly不想to go去 — "It's not that I don't want to go."
