Part 1 · Reading
Four familiar-topic questions. Answer each one, then add one reason or example — never a single word.
- Do you read much in your own language?
- What was the last book you finished?
- Do you prefer paper books or reading on a screen? Why?
- Has the amount you read changed since you started studying English?
Part 2 · The long turn
Describe a time someone helped you.
You should say:
- who helped you
- what the situation was
- what they did
- and explain how you felt afterwards

One minute to prepare with paper and a pencil — the box stays locked, exactly as the examiner keeps the card. Then two minutes, and it does not stop early.
Part 3 · Discussion
Abstract follow-ups on the same theme. Give a view, a reason, an example, then the other side — a one-sentence answer is the standard failure here.

- Should schools encourage students to help each other?
- Do people help strangers less in big cities?
- Is volunteering common in your country?
