Part 2 · The long turn
Describe a building you like.
You should say:
- where it is
- what it looks like
- what it is used for
- and explain why you like it

One minute to prepare with paper and a pencil — the box stays locked, exactly as the examiner keeps the card. Then two minutes, and it does not stop early.
Part 3 · Discussion
Abstract follow-ups on the same theme. Give a view, a reason, an example, then the other side — a one-sentence answer is the standard failure here.

- Should old buildings be protected even when they are not useful?
- How have the buildings in your city changed in the last twenty years?
- Do the buildings people live in affect how they feel?
