Specificity must come from the task
- “With the development of society” is grammatical but gives this booking office no useful information. Replace a generic opening with a concrete purpose grounded in the scenario, not with an invented cause, survey or deadline.
- If the situation also requires step-free access, tables alone are insufficient. Add the access requirement to the request. Do not invent a participant’s disability unless given; state the required room feature directly.

- Read subject and verb together: “The tables are needed”; “The list of rooms is attached.” Keep the intended meaning while fixing local language. This is revision practice, not a rule that every short sentence scores above every long one.
