A useful situation
- Your goal: Give actionable information and separate it from opinion.
- Before you start, recall dates or named weekdays, affected groups and practical instructions. Keep a confirmed change, a conditional update and a proposal separate so the reader knows what to do now.

- A notice needs who is affected, what changes, when, where, and what to do. Use explicit dates or named days rather than ambiguous relative time.
- A proposal adds reasons, tradeoffs, and an alternative. Keep persuasive claims separate from the notice’s confirmed instructions.

Compare a plausible mistake: A notice’s current instructions and a suggestion for future policy serve different purposes. if如果can / may可以，suggest / recommendation建议after以后to arrange安排at / in在vacation假期 proposes a future option; it does not amend the present closure. An expected reopening also retains uncertainty when the notice uses to forecast预计. Preserve the word that controls the instruction’s strength.
Do not present a student’s suggestion as an approved decision. In the revised recording, to forecast预计 retains uncertainty about reopening.
