认定 · rèndìng
to determine or firmly believe something to be true
认定 means reach a firm conclusion or regard something as established. 认为 is more general and can simply express an opinion; 认定 often sounds stronger.
调查后,他们认定这是一次意外。

认可 · rènkě
to approve or acknowledge the value or validity of something
认可 often concerns accepting validity, value or quality, as in a proposal receiving approval. 认同 often concerns agreeing with a view or identifying with a value or group. The uses can overlap.
这个方案得到了大家的认可。

认同 · rèntóng
to agree with or identify with a view or value
认同 often means agree with a view or identify with a value or group. 认可 often concerns approving or acknowledging validity, value or quality; neither word simply means recognise a face.
