撤回 commonly means taking back something sent or submitted, such as a message or an application. 撤销 commonly cancels a decision or reverses an action; in software it can mean undo.

repay; give something in return for help or effort
回报 can mean giving something in return or a return on effort. 汇报 means reporting information or progress. The first-syllable tones differ: huíbào and huìbào.
